within 30 days or as agreed upon in writing by buyer and seller. Sale is subject to confirmation by seller. Such confirmation shall be

Licensed Brokers are invited to participate as buyer's agents. A 4% commission on the bid price shall be paid by the
Seller to a participating broker that has complied with the following requirements:
1) Broker has toured the facility with the auctioneer
2) Broker has fully completed the Broker Participation Form and Faxed or Delivered the form
to the auctioneer twenty four (24) hours prior to the auction with a starting bid.
3) Broker attends the auction with prospective bidder.
4) Broker's bidder is the successful bidder.
5) Buyer successfully completes the transaction with the seller.
6) Broker has no nor will have any equity or ownership interest in the property.
Failure to comply with all these requirements will disqualify any broker from participation.
